Our rebound therapy group sessions are not just about learning trampoline moves, they can benefit our members in many other ways and cover a wide range of

Disability Trampolining

Classes for children who wish to learn more advanced trampoline moves and who need a carer/ parent with them at all times.

Inclusive Recreational

Classes for children from 5 years upwards, able to attend without a parent.

Inclusive Competitive

Classes for children from 6 yars upwards who wish to compete in either disability or mainstream competitions.

Adults

Drop in sessions for adults who wish to trampoline for fun or to compete.

Every Monday (30+), Wednesday (18+) and Saturday (18+).

Individual Sessions

One-to-one or two-to-one sessions are available on Monday to Friday daytimes.

Pre-School

Inclusive classes open to any child from 18 months to 5 years.

Disability Specific

Classes for children who need a parent/ carer to be presrnt at all time. A play area is available.

Inclusive Recreational

BOUNCE TOTs Session - 45 MINUTES

IDEAL FOR: 
- Children age 2-5 (pre-school, Nursey or Reception age.)
INVOLVES: 
- Children take turns on the trampoline and receive instruction from our qualified coaches.
- Parents/Carers remain with children throughout the session.
- Use of our small soft play area in between turns on the trampoline.
- Work on a mixture of Rebound and Trampoline skills
- Earn Badges and Certificates.

ACCOMPANIED RECREATIONAL SESSION - 45 MINUTES

IDEAL FOR: 
- children / adults who require a parent / carer to be present but who are happy to sit and wait for their turns.
INVOLVES: 
- parent / carer remains during session
- taking turns with others in the group for multiple turns on the trampoline
- sitting and remaining on allocated seats in the trampoline hall with their parent / carer between turns

IndependEnt RECREATIONAL SESSION - 1 hour

IDEAL FOR: 
- children new to trampolining
- children able to attend without a parent / carer
- children who wish to bounce for exercise and fun but don’t wish to compete
INVOLVES: 
- children wait in an allocated area, taking turns with others in their group
- children learn new skills and exercises, earning badges and certificates as they progress
- parents are not permitted on the premises

Competition Classes - 1.5 hours

 
IDEAL FOR

- children and adults interested in competing and working through one of the British Gymnastics competition pathways.

INVOLVES

- competitors are required to train at least twice a week
- regularly competing in regional and national competitions appropriate to age and ability - parents are not permitted on the premises
- PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERS WILL BE INVITED TO ATTEND COMPETITION CLASSES
